He worked for four years as a chef at the Italian restaurant of Haritos str. in Kolonaki called "Altro" and since November 2011 he and his new team have undertaken the kitchen of Malconi's Restaurant & Bar.
He has received many critics from valid press forms and characterized as a creative and promising chef that mixes fantasy with technique, always with respect to the Mediterranean cuisine by emphasizing to the taste and quality of the ingredients.
